The all-new High Bar short from the kinksters at CellBlock 13 is made of a sleek and stretchy coated polyurethane with stretch to mimic the look of leather with a touch of spandex. Inside, you'll find an enhancing pouch attached to the waistband that lifts your boys for the best possible profile (and it's also detachable via snaps if you want to swing freely!). This short is designed to hug and stretch enough to show off your crevices and bulges to perfection. D-rings hidden in the front waist can connect to the torso straps of any CB13 harness.
